This location is the least prepared Little Caesar’s in the country. Every time we stop hoping the sped of service will improve and each time it takes 20 minutes. The owner should have the franchise revoked. There is no one leading the effort to make things better, it just keeps getting worse.nnIf you can avoid this place and go to the Hamilton mill location that’s a much better plan!

The worst Little Ceasers yet! We’ve tried it many times and got the same result - Terrible service! This time we waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes without them opening the window to take our order. While waiting we witnessed one gentleman shaking his shirt over the pizza’s while he was making it. We were totally ignored even being there that long. Couldn’t stomach eating pizza after that so we left! There was also a car in front of us that had pulled forward, no telling how low they had waited. Based on all the reviews, this place sucks - do not waste your time! They simply don’t care!

Blatantly ignored by staff while waiting in the drive thru. Several times the staff walked passed and even made eye contact but never came up to the window to say anything. Terrible service :(

Management! Get a hold of your staff! I have visited this location twice and experienced terrible service. We made eye contact with a woman and boy through the drive-thru window and they turned away hoping we would drive away. They got what they wanted and we will never return. I will recommend to others not to visit this location as well. Unfortunate.

Ordered online, an order over $50! Picked up, go to car to figure out we were missing a deep dish. Go back in, the manager tells me she knows for a FACT she put both deep dish pizzas in the pick up warmer. No ma'am, you didn't. Got an attitude. She made a new one, while the rest of the order sat in the car and got cold. Manager was NASTY! NASTY ATTITUDE! Got home to our cheese pizzas being burnt. Definitely will be going somewhere else from now on!
