Domino's Pizza

I wouldn’t give this review a 1 star, but after today’s experience it is well deserved. They forgot part of my order, so I decided to call their store and just ask for a refund for the missing item. When I did, I received an “you can come up here and get it”. I then said back, “I wouldn’t ask for a delivery if I could have just gone up there to get the missing item.” He then immediately replied with: “.....so refund?” I said “yes”. Puts me on hold for a split second and then comes back with “nope. Can’t do that”. So at this time I’m irritate and hang up. I work customer service and honestly a simple “I’m sorry for your experience today” would have sufficed this incident. Also it does not help that the pizza was burnt.nThis is not the first time I have experienced a missing item or my pizza being burnt. However I thought why not give them a second chance? Well.. this is why. I highly regret it now.

The service is going downhill and fast! 50/50 Chance I ever get any order I place online or over the phone. They will close early despite posted hours to be open up to midnight for delivery. Staff and managers are evasive and deceptive rather then helpful. Rarely can I get a refund for when they fail to deliver my pizza or missing items. They'll happily just take your money regardless if they get a pie out to you or not. I'm tired of being scammed, I think I'll stop pre-paying with card and only pay with cash. It seems to be the only way to protect my-self as consumer now.

Domino's Pizza in Flowery Branch is the best. They were very professional and had my order done in record time. Cole at the front was so helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable about the specialty pizzas. I will continue to support this establishment thanks to Cole and the rest of the staff.

This is the second time I experienced an incomplete order. Tonight my delivery driver that was 35 minutes late called and stated he forgot an item and that he wanted to know if he could go back to the store and get it before he brought the order. I said to refund my salad and bring the rest of the order as it would be cold by the time he got here. I called the store and spoke with the manager and wanted to make sure my undelivered items were refunded. He acted as if it would be an inconvenience after clearing his throat. Upon delivery he had forgotten other items as well. I called the manager and told him that The delivery driver had not only forgotten my salad but other items as well. (The delivery driver did offer his apologies I would like to note, which I do appreciate). I would like him to bring the rest of my order because it was too much of an effort before to refund one item but more than three I thought I should receive them. I felt his lackadaisical attitude was rude. We have had an order over an hour late from this store before as well as items missing on other orders. No apologies given then as well. Customer service is lacking if not non existent from management. When we called to get the managers name ... Justin stated “ I do not feel comfortable giving you my name” .... remember Justin that all calls may be recorded.... Will pay Uber eats to deliver Pizza Hut from now on.
