I participated in a life & health coaching series led by Kristin Heck here and was terribly disappointed. I sat through session after session of Kristin Heck simply disparaging and bashing the work of others. She trashed the work and accomplishments of celebrity trainers like Jillian Michaels (to name just one) and local coaches here in Buford GA. Every story of her own life she shared (which was a LOT) featured some “horrible evil person” who she talked poorly about and trashed the credentials or accomplishments of. For someone who is supposedly on a mission to empower women, she bashes them nonstop. And if you, a paying customer, disagree with or question anything she says, she immediately begins rattling off every degree and certification she has ever had to intimidate you. Not sure how that is empowering.

I have known Kristen for many years. She is extremely talented, intelligent, hard-working, and completely selfless. I have seen Kristen’s strength and poise through adversity and her sincere kindness. Kristen’s focus is always about giving not about what is in it for her, and she is the most genuine person you will meet. Kristen is a stunning natural beauty both inside and out; a woman of pure class. Kristen is the woman she is, both professionally and personally, due to a beautiful and amazing woman in Kristen’s life, her mother. Kristen is following in those same footsteps as a wonderful role model for her precious daughter, and to every woman who has the privilege to know Kristen.

I visited Lifemoves Studio recently and took my first class in September! Absolutely amazing staff, professional coaching, and so much fun. I love how professional the staff was and how welcome I felt with the family / friendly environment. Lifemoves offers classes for all athletic levels and I felt challenged and learned new techniques. As a previous gymnast, learning the proper form is important and this team took special care and time to work with me. I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend Life Moves!!! You will love it!

I absolutely love this studio!! All of the instructors are amazing and truly experts of their craft! I have been an active member for three years now and have done it all. Dana is absolutely the best. The atmosphere she has created is intoxicating! Young, older, fit, new to fitness.... they cover it all. I’m excited to be apart of this fit family!

Great studio! I love this place. Dana is amazing and keeps everything fresh. She offers a Pilates circuit which incorporates TRX, kettle ball, reformers and many other Pilates apparatus . Great work out.. the yoga is amazing. Bethany is my favorite teacher as she really is all about mind body. She is tuff and crazy strong yet super gentle and calm.. do yourself a favor and join this studio, your mind and body will thank you.....
