So much fun! Class goes by really fast, which is great because the workout (and therefore results) are extreme. The instructors are awesome and really know how to keep the pace & activity high while meanwhile always coming up with new & interesting workouts. Never the same thing twice. Keeps your muscles confused and gives great results. My personal total weight loss is now 90lbs!
I cannot say enough awesome things about Choe’s Hapkido and Kickboxing. From the minute I walked in the door for my first kickboxing class, I felt like I belonged. My son also takes Hapkido. He’s very shy and the instructors didn’t even blink an eye at that. They were awesome with him! Definitely go and check out a class....you won’t be sorry!

If you are looking for a high energy and fun workout, fitness kickboxing at Choe's of Flowery Branch - Braselton is where you should be! Instructor Anthony keeps the routine fresh and changes it up to prevent a boring workout. I have tried exercise classes at the gym, the treadmill, and countless home DVDs in the past and none of those have kept my interest and commitment like kickboxing. Instructor Anthony will push you to reach your capabilities, some you didn't even know you could do, while making you laugh along the way. I have been going to classes here for 5 months and I feel healthier than I have in a couple of years!
