This is the best gym I have ever joined. There is such a wide variety of classes to meet your individual needs. All of the trainers are so nice and knowledgeable. They really listen to what your fitness goals are and help push you towards achieving them. They also have childcare while you workout if that’s something you need as well. You won’t regret joining Forge Rx!!!

This is the best gym I've ever joined. The trainers are very knowledgeable, the staff always knows your name, and the workouts are a great balance. It's never boring! If you're looking for a place that will push you gently, provide the necessary modifications, and treat you like family, this is it! Do yourself a favor and JOIN!

Beautiful gym, great location and I LOVE the variety of classes offered. Brent is the best; he really strives to help me strengthen my weaknesses and heal the injuries I’ve been carrying for years. They all are great about modifying to your level or needs and pushing you through each workout.

I was tired of going to the gym by myself and doing the same exercises for years. I joined Forge-RX and it has been amazing. I just show up and I don’t have to think about what workout I’m going to do. They have it planned out for me and it’s different everyday. They push you to finish, and on top of that, they are very attentive to ensure your form is correct to help reduce injury.

Absolutely love Forge-Rx Braselton. There are so many wonderful things about this family owned gym. Excellent coaching, friendly front desk staff, modifications when needed, nutrition advice and tips, very clean, childcare, NEVER any guilt if something isn't working for you and it goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
