Has everything I need. Nothing fancy, just the basics plus classes. My favorite gym in Flowery Branch. Some of the best people too. Old school vibe, 24 hour access. Hidden away behind Publix across the street from the hotel.
Best gym I have ever joined. The staff is AMAZING , no over exaggeration. You are always acknowledge and welcomed. Extremely clean facility and machines are always, ALWAYS in tact.
they have really good facilities, really good gym equipment, they have loads of available classes to everyone, friendly gym instructors. I highly recommend this gym.
Absolute dump!!! Machines are falling apart ( rusted and pins wont go into the weights you need ). Very. Close to each other to where it is elbows to elbows when working out. If you have a family membership both adults are required to sign in to use gym even if you go together. Some machines dont have the pin option to adjust the weights. Very discouraging for small petite people. Here's the kicker - there is a massage/hair salon behind the front desk. Very weird...RUN DOWN....Go the the YMCA!!!!
