I thought I had an issue with grounding in the house and I emailed them Sunday 6:30am as I was anxious for the issue! I got response a bit later that same Sunday Morning!nnWhat is even better and speaks tons for them, is that Joel Brooks answered all my questions in a friendly yet professional way, through an e-mail and he didn't have to come in person. That means he knew that he is losing a payment but he still solved any questions and concerns I had.nnWell, I know that he is knowledgeable, and I know that his ethics and morals are awesome. So, any time I hear that someone needs an electrician, or in the future if I need one, I will call Joel and Brooks Electrical Solutions.nnThere are no words to describe how thankful I am to you! Great experience. We needed an outlet for a new dishwasher. Jerome was on time and made quick work of the installation. We were very happy that the new outlet did not require removing the dishwasher. Thank you Jerome.

In considering the installation of a home generator, my neighbor recommended Brooks Electrical Solutions. He said that they had done allot of work for him and could be trusted to do a great job. After meeting with Joel Brooks I selected him to do the work and we could not be more pleased with the professionalism, expertise and friendly service we received. The installation was done on time and on budget and without any issues at all. We now now have a trusted electrician and recommend them to everyone we know. they are great!
