Bass Bay Brewhouse is absolutely wonderful! They have lots of seating - indoor, at the bar, patio and outdoor in heated tents. The staff are always friendly. And the food, oh my gosh the food! I will get a jumbo pretzel every time I go there now! Onion rings are nice and crispy, their craft beer selection is nice (yay Lakefront!), and I love the marinated mushroom sandwich (sans the cheese for me, add avocado). My guests have loved their steaks, burgers and fried chicken chicken dinners. I do wish they offered more vegan options, but I'm grateful for what they have.
good food, great setting, service is slow and inconsistent
I was there after a round of golf today. The beer selection was phenomenal and I did see an exceptional selection whiskey on the shelf. The food was fantastic. The group had prime rib, burgers and chicken. All were happy. The bartender was eager to entertain us with new beer samples. Also, I did notice a great selection of music playing overhead.
Most wonderful Fish Fry and the Atmosphere is Breathtaking! Our First time here and will definitely be back again many times in the future. A group of 4 of us had dinner last evening to celebrate a birthday. Beautiful scenery and delicious food. We capped the evening off with a pontoon boat ride. We were very impressed that all of the wait staff, hostess and the bartender wore masks. Our waitress was wonderful. Very pleasant, attentive and efficient. Definitely will come back again.
