I ordered a Mangofest and I really am disappointed at how my smoothie was not bursting with sweet flavor. It tasted watery with only a little flavor. Secondly, I like a drink that is full, but not to the point that it is spilling out of the straw hole and even worse when I punch the straw into the hole and it starts dripping all over my hands, car, and clothes. Third, was I given a napkin? No!

I placed an order through Google maps for this location. I was told to pickup my order in ten minutes but once that time came I was informed that their systems were down. To get rid of me, the employee told me I would get my refund and she said she couldn’t do it because their systems were down. It’s been a week since then and I have not received my money back. The service is bad and this location is poorly ran.

Every time I give this location a chance it always lets me down. It’s slow and poorly ran. How do you tolerate employees shutting the window in somebody’s face when they ask for a straw to go with a smoothie? And they are NEVER made right. It’s runny or so chunky the ice slices the roof of my mouth! One time the texture was so bad I KNOW there was no protein in my shake. One of the workers said it’s in there you just gotta take my word for it! Why is this company so willing to treat its customers this way? Another time the person that came to the window and said she was in charge said “so” when I told her that I was frustrated. On top of all of this, they seem to know or care about promotions and DONT wear masks. THIS is why I’m taking my business to your competitors and taking all of the people I train with me. Smoothie King obviously has no interest in getting it right.

Thee worst location I’ve ever been to since drinking smoothies. The taste of the smoothies are always inconsistent! I usually get a pineapple surf and the color was off when i ordered here. The smoothie tasted like they ran out of strawberries and used strawberry protein powder instead. Idk who does the inventory here but majority of your smoothies require strawberries!!! You should have more than intended! I’ll go farther out to the Norcross location instead!

Terrible customer service, I arrived at 8.35 pm on Saturday, the door is open and all the employees, but they say it has closed already. They did not want to attend.! I do not recommend this site. I came from afar because the gps says that it closes 9 pm, I entered and they told me that they would not attend to me because it is closed.
