Another visit, another issue. I will just have to drive a further distance to a better locationnUpdatenVisited yesterday. Set in drive thru for about 5 minutes. Noone came to the window. Finally blew my horn. Someone looked but didn't come to the windownI guess was helping someone at the counternJust would look but never acknowledge me. After another 5 minutes. I just left

One star is giving this location too much credit. Should have left when the window person informed us that they were not trained to make the pretzel pizza. Whomever owns this location needs to train their staff period. Just like the other reviews Tonight, My husband and I received uncooked pizza with gooey dough and bread sticks that were also under cooked flat and oddly shaped. As pictured, I attempted to bake them longer in hopes they would at least be cooked..What a disappointment and waste of money. Better off going to Lawrenceville and waiting in their long line.

This Little Caesars is located on Pleasant Hill Rd and Burns Rd in Lilburn Georgia.. Has got to be the worst service I've ever seen at a Little Caesars.. horrible food cold... long wait times when no one's even around totally disorganized... just total a disaster every time you go... Don't waste your time

I asked for my pepperoni pizza to be cooked well done, was told my wait would be 5 minutes. I waited longer than 5 minutes before asking was my pizza ready and was told that it had not even gone in the oven yet. Waited another 5-7 minutes for my pizza, just to be brought a regular pepperoni pizza, that was not cooked well done. Also, I had ordered breadsticks, in which I had to remind them about, and they weren't even done. I gave 2 stars only because I was offered a 2 liter drink for my trouble. So when I got home, I had to finish cooking my pizza and breadsticks. Oh, and they forgot my marinara sauce.

I have been asked by three employees if i had ordered and i had to tell them several time what i wanted. And after 30mins they finally gave me my order. This the third time this has happen to me.
