Had an excellent experience. Specially the technician Liza was fantastic. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I was fully satisfied with the new wheels and tires on my BMW. She was also very friendly and professional. Based on my experience with her and the rest of the staff I will definitely be recommending Costco and Costco tire to others, and will be returning in the future. I actually felt like a valued customer, A+

Value was an A. Service was a D. Quoted one time at scheduling of appointment. Was told something different when getting to tire center. Then when my car was ready to be picked up spent 15 minutes waiting for an employee to show up at the help desk. Maybe try a different Costco is possible.

Excellent customer service! I love Costco! They hire friendly, knowledgeable, helpful people. Customer satisfaction is a high priority with Costco. It shows.
