I called Wilkins Electric two weeks ago to hang light fixtures and install dimmers in my home. I had to leave a message to call me. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM WILKINS ELECTRIC. I hired another electrical company who did a great job for me. I WILL NEVER CONTACT WILKINS ELECTRIC AGAIN FOR SERVICE.

Why is there not an option for ZERO stars?! Having issues with my breakers, home is not even a year old. Contacted them because they were the electricians used by the builder. Scheduled a pm appointment between 1-4. Called them at 3:45 pm after I had not heard anything. The RUDE lady on the phone says they will most likely arrive around 6 pm. Oh..geez THANKS for letting me know. Guess what - I t’s 6:30 pm and no call and no tech. I called back and left a voicemail message because they are now closed! One thing is for sure they will never get my business. If I need an electrician in the future I will look elsewhere.

Very poor customer service! Said they would be here between 1-4. I gave up at 4 and went grocery shopping down the street! Got a call from customer support yelling at me for not being home and that their technical support was at my house. The time was 4:45 when they called! I’m sorry no one needs to be rude! All she needed to do was reschedule again!

Our builder, Fischer homes hired this company to install the electrical system in our new. We've had to call them twice within the last three years due to electrical problems. When I called their office today the very rude lady I spoke with advised me the we are out of warranty and they are short staffed and don't have a repairman to send..really? So much for them standing behind their work?

100% would NOT even consider using this company solely based on how irresponsible and reckless the technicians are as drivers. If the driving reflects their work than I sure would advise customers to stay away! Simply the fact that they speed and drive as reckless as they do (in company vehicles must less) shows a lot about this company and Mr. Wilkins choice of hires. Jordan Drive is NOT a race track yet these drivers continue to test this driving at speeds well over the 25mph limit. All just to bypass the Gloster/Huff Train intersection. Neighbors & my family notice this daily - regardless of multiple complaints made to this company. Either the receptionist does not pass on the information to Mr. Wilkins or he simply does not care. I would never trust these technicians driving on my street much less them in my home.
