I have never had such an issue at a racetrack in my life. Go there thinking it would be a clean place for the wife and kids to use the restroom. Absolutely horrid! My wife took photos while she was in the restroom. While my wife and kids were in the restroom, the restroom attendant came in wiped the counters off while talking on her cell phone. But did not go in the stalls or check them even!
Definitely not 24 hours... just stopped by at 2:18 am and the doors were locked with the employees inside.
This is the most unprofessional Racetrac that I have ever been to. I can never get my receipt from the gas pump. The lights are on in the store but they say they are closed so I can never get my receipt when I fuel here. They even have a evening window in case the inside is closed and yet the employees do not even come to the window to help. When I went to this location it was only 11pm on a Saturday and Sunday night. The staff is rude and all they do is stare at you as you are standing at the window. The second night I went there were several people going to the door but it was locked so they went to the overnight window and no one would come to the window to help them. The employees were standing by the hot food counter. I will NEVER go back to this location nor any other Ractrac. Shell or Quicktrip for me.
Great for families as an all in one with good prices, nice bathrooms and lots of food options
I would give 0 stars for the manager Rebecca at this location if that were an option. She is very unprofessional and unethical. She began to yell at her employee in front of customers. I was in line waiting to pay for my gas with my child present.I am really upset with how she handles situations with customers and her employees. This is not the first time I witnessed this behavior. I am disgusted with her actions she is very rude. I will no longer be doing business at this RaceTrac until new management. The other employees have excellent customer service.
