First time trying La Catrina second location, they took over the old Taco Bell building. But good job remodeling this place! It’s a clean place with good authentic food & five stars fresh margaritas. Armando the owner is very attentive.

Fairly new place. Decor good. Food delivered to the table didn't match how it was described in the menu. Fair flavor at best

The ONLY Mexican restaurant in town worth eating at. I won’t name names, but some of the “notable” restaurants in town should be taking notes. Armando and his staff are top notch. Awesome margs, and the smoked chipotle salsa is to die for! I grew up eating actual Mexican food in New Mexico and Texas. I eat La Catrina every week, and I won’t set foot in any other so called Mexican restaurant in town.

Five stars for excellent service alone.nnI was not 100% on board with the taste, but I accept it as the owners own take on Mexican and locals love it.nnThe salsa, which is always a selling point for me, reminded me of Chili's salsa. It was definitely heavy on the cumin but I didn't mind it. Its not often the kind of salsa I am looking for but I definitely see myself going back when I want something different.

Armando Rocks! Visiting family in Ellijay. The team at LA Catrina prepared a special feast that was delicious. Top notch Mexican food.
