Every time I go to KFC I seem to get old, hard fried chicken. The biscuit was hard and dry. I couldn't eat it. I threw all of it away. Never again will I buy this chicken.

Super surprised the customer service was extremely wonderful and the food was prepared perfectly. Can't wait to return oh yeah even the biscuits were soft.
