Honestly I have been here before and overall pretty good. But today I placed a order online before arriving. Got there 20mins later and waited for another 25 inside for the order that they had not even started on. Plus I Got home to all my sandwiches having pickles on when the sticker clearly says no pickles. (I was in a rush at that point and couldn't check them before I left) Really bad experience there today.

I love Chick Fil A!!! Not only because of the food, but because most owners + managers prioritize the staple customer service experience that has become a part of the franchise’s reputation. The Vine City however reminds me more of a McDonald’s. The customer service is horrible. The young women here are quick to get an attitude with customers, they act as if working here and serving customers is a waste of their time and they take away from the valued customer experience. Not to mention, the wait is extremely long whether they are busy or not. Whether you order online or not. This is the closest location to my job, but I will definitely have to consider another location moving forward even if it takes me a little out of my way.
