Jeff was exceptional. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had to trouble shoot a major problem with our new home. He found the issue, installed additional breaker, separated the lines out to handle 2 dead shorts as well as redirecting the original breaker lines. He was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We have used this company in the past with our company and they have always had quality work. Would definitely recommend this company. I had some general repairs that needed done as well as some more complicated issues resulting from the way renovations were done in the past. Frank quickly fixed the general repairs and then carefully explored the more complicated ones. He was upfront that he wasn't sure he could fix those, but he came back with the parts I needed and was able to restore light to areas where I hadn't had it for over two years. Everyone I've dealt with at Byrd's, from Frank the awesome technician, to the office staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff was very communicative and transparent. He worded diligently and had creative solutions. He cleaned up everything and made sure that we were happy before departing. It was a very easy, positive experience. We would highly recommend Jeff and Byrd Electric Services.

Received a confirmation email day prior to service. On the day of service, workman arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a good job of installing my thermostats and creating a new outlet. Tested all installations and showed care that all items were working. Was respectful and professional. Thanks Jeff and Andrew.

Third time I have hired them. First two were for ceiling fan installs. This last time was to check the electrical system after a lightening strike. On time and very thorough with their inspection. Will hire as needed in the future.
