No point in offering order ahead and telling a customer when it will ready if it won’t even be started upon arrival. I came 10 minutes after I was told it would be ready and they haven’t even started my order. Also pretty rude staff
This particular location is super slow on any giving day. The employees act like they dont want to be there half the time (Rude). If you know Fridays is going to busy more than 2 people should be on the schedule that want to work I waited a whole hour in line to get my order that was my entire break. The scanner never works to pay for your order.
Delicious smoothie was served ice cold and tasted better than I expected! Manager was in the store and helped me to choose my new favorite smoothie. Staff was pleasant and fun!
The food accuracy was not correctly smaller portion size not worth the prices
The rude and disrespect from the Sunday, Jan 24, 2021 at 2:50 pm ( check your cameras). The two ladies didnt feel the need to address me or acknowledge my presence as a customer when I walked up to the counter. No said hold for a moment. Nothing just rude. I sat there for almost 7 to 10 mins wondering when they were going to take my order. Its disgusting I hate this location. Don't go here.
