On the Move Fitness has been good for me over the years!! Manny has instilled fitness and healthy eating habits that benefit me to this day. I am almost 50 years old and still fine! Lol

OTM has been great in helping me kick start my journey to restore my health and accomplish my weight loss goals. Professionalism and knowledge were key factors when selecting the right team to assist me with these goals. With OTM, I have experienced both. The attentive “whole body” experience is not just a workout, but a look at how your body functions and educating you on the correct methods of exercising so not to experience injury. I really love how my workout regimes considered my goals and abilities, not just a standard predefined plan. Thanks again for your help and inspiration and I look forward to more hard work in the future!

OTM is the first traning experience I've taken part in that is customized to me and my needs. I've been to spine doctors and physical therapy and nothing seemed to work on my lower back and hip pain and within in a week of working with OTM I saw noticeable difference in my pain when I run. I'm a fitness enthusiast but have had to slow down over the years due to chronic pain and I feel there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. Not only is a custom plan created for your needs but it's a killer workout with a great trainer! Thank you OTM.

I highly recommend OTM Fitness. I had been an avid runner and cyclist until I began experiencing lower back spasms and severe pain in my quads. I went to a neurologist, an orthopedist, two chiropractors, and a physical therapist. The spasms and the pain would go away only to return shortly thereafter. Everybody was focused on the effect, but not the cause. A massage therapist recommended OTM Fitness. The training sessions with OTM Fitness have made all the difference in the world. OTM Fitness identified the source of the problems I was having and designed exercises and weight training to address these issues. The training sessions are always challenging but also always fun. OTM Fitness encourages you to leave your comfort zone, but there is no one standing over you barking like a drill sergeant. You can exercise with a small group so that you have company. But your training session is personalized to focus on your goals so each person in the group may be doing different exercises. Just about every time I go I am doing something different so the sessions never seem stale and you never feel like you are plateauing. OTM Fitness also works with you on your diet and nutrition. I encourage you to give OTM Fitness a try no matter what your fitness issues or goals are.
