The only thing I have a issue is the front doors are pointed right toward the street and that road does have alot of traffic and cars do come by there pretty fast and can be noisy at times.
Love the location, and neighbors are great! Shuttle takes it to art station every 10 min. Right on the Georgia tech shuttle route. Easy commute to the airport. HOA does a great job with maintenance and grounds. Quiet complex with amazing gym and pool. Cheapest HOA in the area for what you get.
This is a great place to live in atlanta. I lived in a 3 bed 3 bath condo with two of my friends and had a great experience while we were there. This place is very well maintained and has absolutely no issues such as roached or rodents or bugs. Gym facility in art of wellness is a great pluc for this place. Management is super friendly and always responded to our queries as quickly as possible.Atlantic station shopping area is right across and the shuttle facility is super helpful too. Highly recommend living here for anyone!
Beautiful vistas, clean streets.There's a bit pf light show on the pond at night. Great place to live I think
$600 bike stolen from inside the gated parking garage. Upon requesting camera footage from the management office, we were tol that there is none. All the cameras around the building are just for show and completely worthless.
