The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable about fitness. There are plenty of cardio and weight machines. The showers and locker rooms are clean. During lunch, I attend one of the many classes offered. The classes are fun yet challenging and I appreciate all the hard work the staff puts into keeping this gym open. The convenience of having a gym at the Sam Nunn Federal Building is definitely beneficial and needed.

Place is ok however, equipment is very old, outdated and not well maintained. Located in the Federal Building so you have to be a Federal Employee or have a reason to be there. I've worked out at worse places and I've also worked out at better. This place needs some new modern equipment weight/cardio equipment. Also don't take health insurance.
