From the moment I was greeted by Touré, I knew she had something I needed – Light to shine through my darkness. This was just upon meeting and conversing with her. But when I attended her EVOLVE class on the following Thursday evening, I was invigorated with an unfolding path to true healing. I knew I was in the right place at the right time. I have also taken her All Levels Hatha Yoga Classes and Jennifer's Restorative Yoga Class. This studio is a dream come true, literally. So grateful every time I enter into the historic and deeply-rooted Temple.
Beautiful studio as well as owner... the class was very dynamic and you can tell she has an intimate knowledge of body mechanics and asanas. I stopped by while visiting Atlanta and would love to visit again!
Welcoming and warm! I haven't been to a space so energetically charged. Each class leaves me with a tremendous sense of wellness and self-control. My self-awareness has grown tremendously just from interacting with the teachers and the members of this space. This is my second home now and I wouldn't trade them for anything!nnThe studio is always clean and pleasant smelling. The temperature is always just right and they have mats, blankets, and other equipment readily available for you to use should you not have your own supplies. They have been known to rent out the space for spiritual and metaphysical workshops as well as host networking events for Yogis and other Complementary/Alternative Healing Practitioners.
I’ve been for. Massage and yoga. It’s a nice environment and great service.
