I have had the pleasure of taking a class when it was located on N Druid Hills. I absolutely loved it. It left an indelible mark on me. I ws already training in hapkido but this was a lovely addition. For work reasons and other personal issues I was unable to continue pursuit. I still recommend this teacher and all that he has to offer in martial arts!

I have been working out at Black Phoenix off and on since 2012. I love the variety of workouts and the individual attention I have always received, even in group classes. The schedule has had enough variety to accommodate before work or after work classes, which helps me stay on track. I have also been ordering my lunches since December, which has made a huge impact on my calorie control during the day - and they are really good!nnI have had great success losing weight, getting fit, strong and healthy, and had a lot of fun doing it too! I highly recommend Black Phoenix Martial Arts & Fitness no matter what your goals are.

I have been training with Khalil at Black Phoenix Martial Arts and Fitness Academy for the past few months. He designed a meal and workoutnplan for my specific needs. His plan delivered results. I have dropped body fat which helped to tone my body. His workout plans are challenging which is key to prevent a plateau. The gym vibe is friendly and supportive from Khalil and the clients. It's a place where you can be yourself and challenge yourself. If you give Khalil your time, he will help you deliver results.

I have been going to Khalil for personal training for almost a year now. I started with him initially to get in shape for my wedding. While training with him I surpassed my goal weight. I decided to continue to train with him because I enjoyed how we did something different in every session and how I continued to see results. He also made sure I stayed on track with my nutrition, he offers meal prep and the food is amazing too! If you are looking for someone to help you reach your goals and make a healthy lifestyle change Khalil is your guy!

I have been with Khalil since the beginning around 2011 or 2012. When I first started I went down 3 dress sizes in less than 6 months. I was able to maintain the weight by being consistent with his instruction and working out. Khalil is passionate about living a healthy life style and he can assist any age any fitness level to ensure positive results.
