From the minute I walked in for my first class, they treated me like I was family. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly - it’s unlike any gym I’ve ever been to. The trainers are so knowledgeable and absolutely kick your butt in class, but in a way that still makes you want to go out for a drink with them after. Vesta has improved my physical and mental health so much and I couldn’t recommend it enough!!
I absolutely love Vesta Movement!! The kickboxing classes are so much fun and a really great workout. All of the coaches are awesome and really friendly. Missy and Ashley's classes are my favorite. It is the only workout class that I consistently want to go back to!
You’ve had the the rest, now try the VEST(A)! Been a member for almost two years and can’t imagine life without it. Was intimidated to try REAL Kickboxing but they made it easy to get started and help you along the way no matter where you are in your fitness journey. The trainers are excellent, the staff is friendly, and the studio is immaculate. They’ve taken every possible precaution to ensure member health and safety. LOVE this place!
This place is amazing! Non-intimidating for beginners and everyone is super nice. Communication with the owners is very reliable and they are always willing to work with you. Highly recommend.
I've taken a few classes so far and LOVE THE ENERGY!!! The price is unmatchable and the instructors are wonderful. I have a lot of energy and want to hear loud music during my workouts, Vesta is the perfect fit. Give it a try.
