Jason and the Waves team are prompt and professional. They were able to complete the installation of 3 complex networking runs in our house in a tidy manner. Not only was the work done well, they were perfectly clear in the estimate and transparent when our project came in under. Our mesh WiFi system is working perfectly now. If you use Waves for a project, you can assume that things will be done correctly and efficiently!

Wireless mesh networks are a pain to setup no matter how the manufacturers promise that it's easy. I had Williams AV and Security (WAVES) come by to tweak my wireless setup. Now I have robust speeds on all three floors of my home! Kudos and thanks to WAVES!

I give 5-STARS and more!!!nnJason removed an existing TV and installed a new TV. He connected the new TV to my original 5.1 sound system in the TV room AND reconfigured some other components so that it the sound also could be connected to my whole house sound system. He, formatted the remote for the new TV and my service provider's remote to make sure the two worked together seamlessly. The work was totally professional.nnWhereas, the prior operating system had been so complicated that it was difficult to operate, Jason simplified the functionality of my system tremendously. He did not leave the house until I demonstrated that I could control and correctly use my TV and other AV components. It is so easy to change the input source for the whole house sound system now! I could operate it all by the time Jason. Throughout the work, Jason was patient, detailed, and informative. If he can teach me (a Senior Citizen without kids), I'm confident he can help you! And, he was confident in using my existing technology with the only equipment expenditure being the purchase of the new TV.nThis was as awesome experience that gave me a TV that is ready to use and a whole house sound system that is now easy to use! This was exactly what I had hoped for!!!

I am thoroughly pleased with the experience I had with Williams AV & Security. From the consultation with Jason the owner to the installation of a 55” TV over my stacked stone fireplace I was impressed with their knowledge and professional approach. I would highly recommend Williams AV!

Jason came out to provide a consultation for a complex cable run of specialty cable. He quickly found the shortest route with least amount of drilling or cutting. Highly recommend Willams AV services
