Absolutely delicious. We've had almost the whole menu. The woman who works the counter is also the server, answers phones, cooks, etc. She works amazingly hard and I hope everyone tips her well. Tonight I had the steak and chicken hibachi and a shrimp tempura roll. My husband had the shrimp tempura bento. Yum!
Ichiban is the best sushi I've ever had. It is always fresh and comes at a great price. My fiance and I love coming here or getting take out. We love the staff too!
Recently moved from Southern California, and are truly happy to have such a fantastic place nearby. Truly a gem in Sussex. Incredible service, astounding food. Awesome choice for date night, but also a terrific place to bring the whole family (our kids ask to eat here frequently. Sushi is top notch (there isn't a roll we've had that we haven't enjoyed thoroughly) and the non sushi eater has plenty of tasty options too. You can't do better for quality and the prices are extremely reasonable too. Ichiban is just the best place.
