From the lady at security of the building entrance to Barbara who helped me with registering my vehicle, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I always appreciate people who go above and beyond and exactly that’s what they did. Thank you!
Seriously, the computers are down! I am at the tag off Greenbriar Mall location and I have been sitting for more than 45 minutes for the computers to come back online to renew my tag. What a waste of tax payer dollars! Staff have all retreated from their work stations. I was told to go to a Kroger kiosk. She did not know that kiosks adds a surcharge.
The lady on the phone was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. i would give her -5 stars if I could. she has no business in customer service
I called before I arrived at this location. They stated that I could come in and receive my tag, but did NOT specify which locations are open or closed to the public. On the website it says that this location is open. This is a waste of time and money!!
The guy who helped me was not diligent in his service. He failed to listen when I asked questions to clarify my tag renewal. As a result, I received a tag replacement for a prestige tag WITHOUT the sticker for the new year. Since there is a special fee for a prestige tag, the Tag Office is saying I am responsible for paying the annual fee twice because of THEIR error.nnAll I needed was a prestige tag and a sticker for 2021, but in haste on the service provider it's now my responsibility...to REPAY the annual fee for the prestige tag along with the tag renewal if I hope to keep the prestige tag.nnI am very disappointed that I have to stop your teller to even accurately listen/answer my questions (STILL not get what I need) and be charged more money!nnMoral of the story, be sure you know exactly what the fees are for all of your needs and add it up FOR THEM at the office, because they also failed to provide an itemized receipt!
