Ordered bacon cheese burger and chichen sandwich. Both buns burnt. Burger and chicken was dry . the. Tomato was sliced so thin you could read a news paper thru it. Fries were cold. They forgot my drink had to go back and remind them.
Absolute WORST service ever!! Our food was brought out cold. The cashier/server/cook was very unprofessional and the fact two employees working the register and drive-thru were also handling food with near reckless abandonment didn't sit well with us. There was only four people total working and the lines inside and at the drive-thru were ridiculous. We will not be returning and wouldn't advise anyone to visit this location ever. When asked for a receipt, I was told that the printer wasn't working. I guess that's their way of cutting down on bad surveys.
Asked for fresh prepared sandwich agreeing to wait and still received it cd cheese wouldnt even melt. Have over 12 yrs. Hardees experience and know this is not QSC service. Very rude employees.
