Very peaceful place by the river. His music is playing as you just absorb everything in.
Neat memorial! It seems like there used to be water and music, but maybe was damaged from a hurricane?? If anything, it was a nice area to walk around and talk with the kids about Mr Ray Charles!
This park needs TLC. The city should be ashamed of themselves for letting this beautiful memorial deteriorate so badly. Water over the dock is a hazard as it's not roped off. Fountain is either turned off or broken. This is an unsafe area at night so go during the day.
It's really beautiful and calming site to see. The statue has a lot of maintenance issues. The music ud83cudfb6 doesn't always work and the water is out.
The best place to just relax and listen to Ray Charles music you can sit or walk around the river , I also noticed people fishing,I give it a 10.
