Sprouts Farmers Market

This place is always great at any location. I took away one star though because the sushi selection is always really limited and low in stock so there's not really much to choose from for the $5.99 special rolls or the chef's special rolls. The jalapeno cheese muffins are so good, I wish they would carry the loaf like the other stores.

I have been going to this store since 2018 to order lunch and some sweets since it is very close to work. Today, I wanted a sandwich to be made with the roll bread which are located where the soup station is. I gave the roll bread to the customer service to make the sandwich, this other lady told the one working on my sandwich that I needed to go pay for the one roll bread first which cost $0.50cents so that they can make the sandwich. I always had my sandwich done with that bread and never had to go pay for the bread first since I am purchasing the sandwich which is made with the bread. I have a 30minute lunch break, and they want me to go to the main cashier line to pay for $0.50 cent bread so that they can make my sandwich, it does not make sense. I never seen this type of thing. They wanted me to do two transaction in order to get a whole sandwich, why not just charge me extra for the bread when charging for the sandwich but instead the lady there wanted me to go to the busy cashier to pay for a $0.50 bread, and then go back to the line at their station to have them do my sandwich so than I could go back to the busy cashier line to pay for the sandwich. In order to avoid the hassle I had to pick a sandwich that was already made. Ridiculous customer service, this lady care less about time or has any common sense. I am very disappointed with the way that they are doing business.

I enjoyed my experience here. I bought sushi and a poke bowl here as well as a few grocery items. The sushi and poke bowl were delicious and we enjoyed the wide selection of the groceries.

We have loved shopping at this sprouts. They have great selections of vegetables and fruit, and meats. We follow a mostly Keto diet and are able to find a lot here.
