Sorry I am late making my post... I moved in last month and Latoya was so helpful and sweet over the phone. She answered all my questions and pointed me in the directions as to how I could sign up online... The transition went well for me moving out of one unit into another that was very convenient... Thank u again miss Latoya.
This location is the best. Mardena was awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend if you need a storage nearby to stop in to this location.
This location has excellent customer service. Renting a unit online was super fast and easy. Latoya was incredibly helpful. She helped me with any question I had. She went above and beyond to help me with my storage unit. Even carried some of the boxes I purchased to my car. The weather was horrendous (icy rain) and she did it all with no problem. Thank you!
Mardena always has a smile on her face every time I see her & should be DM. I tell you about great customer service which she definitely has. Always a pleasure.
Mardena went above and beyond in customer service when helping us get our rental set up online. She was so patient and kind with us, walking us through every step. I feel very comfortable about keeping my things here if this is the kind of person running the location. I can't say enough nice things about how wonderful Mardena was to us!
