I've been going here for years. I love my hair each time she's done it. I love her. I constantly remind her that she's the only one I let do my hair as far as plaits. She moves pretty fast and yes she talks a lot but it doesn't bother me. I have recommended several people to her that asked who did my hair. I love going there!.. The service is absolutely amazing. I drive over 3 hours away to get my hair done at Kine African Hair Braiding. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve been pleased with their services. My hair has strengthened and grown even more healthier since I’ve been going there.. I highly recommend them. They are awesome!

The experience was aweful. She fussed on the phone the entire time in that unknown language that i don't know, she doesn't care about your hair note how thin or fragile it is, she pulls your brain out feels like your soul is leaving your body. I will never recommend her to anybody. She stays on the phone i felt like she was saying rituals over my head, and that was so uncomfortable.
Bad customer service I went to the shop days before to make and appointment and ask for pricing. I was told the price was $80 for the style I wanted by the other worker that works there. When I got to my appointment Kine told me my hair was to short for the style I wanted. And then preceded to tell me $180 but called herself gave me $20 discount. Kine did not do my hair the way I showed her in the picture and her and worker was very rude talking in their native language the entire time. I truly hate my hair but will wear it because I spent my hard earned money on it. I will never visit her shop again ladies please avoid this shop their are plenty other African braiding shops in Albany. ud83dude21
