Food always good
I've always loved Firehouse, but this location is always a disappointment. Went today and ordered a combo. After paying I found out that not only did the soda machine not work but they also had no bottle sodas at all. I have enough rewards points to get a small sub combo. I'm going to cash those in and then I'm through with this Firehouse. Absolutely terrible.
I loved the food. It was really good. Customer service was great. The workers were friendly and my food came out quickly. Best experience I’ve ever had in a fast food establishment, I will most definitely be coming again.

This is the third time my family has received poor customer service at this location. No one greets you and we’ve had to ask if we can be helped. Our name isn’t asked, there is always a random letter on the Customer Name field of the receipt. Also my food has been placed on the counter and I had to inquire if it’s mine. The same person is always on her cell phone in the presence of customers. Their attitudes are simply horrible. They have inappropriate conversations among themselves also in the presence of customers.nI believe upper management should drop in some evenings unannounced to experience the poor service we receive.
