Whoever the girl was who was working at the drive through at 1:56 on 4/3 has a nasty attitude and does NOT comprehend correctly. Instead of her actually listening to what I was saying she caught an attitude when I asked her to to repeat my order. It’s not my fault you chose to work at this establishment. If you don’t like your job DO NOT work in customer service. With MUCH respect you need to be retrained.

I had an AMAZING experience this evening! The staff were friendly, the manager went way above and beyond and completely surprised me with the “WOW” factor. They included everything I needed for my meal - forks, hot sauce, honey, napkins (unlike some places that just give you the food and nothing else). I’ve never been so impressed at a KFC which is why I wrote this review. Definitely coming back.

Window person did not wear a mask. My order was missing gravy and sauces for strips. I tried to call but I kept getting disconnected

I went here two or three days in a row and the staff has been so friendly! Orders are as quick as I’m sure fast food these days can be.. but most importantly they have been accurate!

This Store is Raciest towards their own kind. Cashier walk away from counter once I entered the store and never acknowledge me. I stood there 15 mins after calling for assistance before we I was helped than on top of that I took a seat once I got my food only to be told by Store Manager I had to leave the store there's No dinning In and after I respond I wasn't leaving the manager yells she's Covid and got heckle from her staff. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this store.
