Chipotle isn't what it used to be. They're constantly raising their prices, have even started to charge for tortillas (if you request one on the side rather than having the traditional burrito), yet their service and serving sizes are decreasing. It's also now virtually impossible to get a Chipotle rep on the phone. You have 2 options when you call this local restaurant, but neither allows you access to a live person. Because they're currently not allowing customers to order in-store, you have the option to pick up your order or have it delivered to you. This means that you can't see how your order is being made. My photo shows what my order looked like right after I pulled off the foil cover. I couldn't believe how light it felt when my husband brought our meals home. After I opened the lid, it was evident why. My meal wouldn't have looked this sparse if I'd been standing in front of the server. It's ridiculous to charge $7.35 for that amount of food!

Not vegetarian or vegan friendly. I found chicken in my veggie bowl and the hot salsa, lettuce, and guacamole often have sour cream or cheese in it. I have seen them just mix it in several times so it blends. Which if you are a vegan, lactose intolerant or a vegetarian who doesn’t consume dairy this is not what you want. This is exactly why I don’t visit chipotle at all anymore unless someone else just has to have it. And the workers act like you giving them a hard time if you ask for fresh guacamole or salsa that has not be contaminated with dairy.

Placed an order through UberEats. The order I placed was totally wrong. I called the store, the phone rang 50 times (no one ever picked up). Second time this has happened. Best to order in person, because clearly they don't read what's on the order when it comes in.
