I have tried since October 19th to speak to someone about a bad experience at the Lawrenceville location. I left a bad review, I have called at least a dozen times, I have tried calling other locations to have the franchise owner of that location call me. No one has ever returned my call. Starting today I will be leaving a one star review for a different location until someone from your corporation reaches out to me. By the way, tried to order at your Snellville location last night hoping things would go better but decided not to stay when one of your employees was in the dining area playing with a girls hair and not wearing a mask.

Typically I LOVE wing stop, but I won’t be back for a while after the experience I had today. I placed an online order and went to pick it up a little after the time it said to come in and ended up waiting 30 MORE MINUTES in addition to the 20 minutes I already waited. Almost an HOUR.nnTHEN. We got BURNT up fries, like BOTH entire baskets were burnt. I proceeded then to eat my chicken wings and to my absolute DISGUST, there were HUGE clumps of feathers hanging from the wings.nnI am absolutely disgusted and if the restaurant wasn’t closed I would’ve gone back and gotten my money. I’m so so so disappointed and just completely grossed out.
