I just came into this Papa John’s around 11:20am today and encountered a very rude woman at the cash register. I asked for extra sauce for my breadsticks as the one small cup wasn’t enough. She replied it was all they provide and that’s the only size cup available. I asked again if we could purchase a cup. She replied very rudely that it would be .92 cents. No problem at all. Handed her the money, however, she threw my sauce cups at me as if it was a bother for her to do her job. Not sure what the issue was but still unacceptable behavior for this industry.

The last couple times I've been here, they've managed to mess up my order.nnOnce, the pizza was missing a whole topping (sausage). Called back to speak with management, they offered a pizza credit. Said that all I have to do is provide my name/number next time I order. I double checked to make sure that that's all I have to do and was affirmed. When I called back at another time (hungry) to claim the pizza credit, I was told that I'm not in the system.nnAt another time, I came to pick up an order if 2 pizzas. I checked to see if they've included the extra sauce I ordered; they didn't (another thing that they consistently forget to fullfil). I had a pepperoni and sausage pizza and another specialty pizza. I glanced to check one and didn't check the specialty pizza. When I got home, it turned out that they had given me someone else's order. Our names are vastly different. To be fair, I should have done a better job checking. I ended up driving back to switch the pizzas. This was at dinner time, kids were hungry. Normally I would just eat what's at hand. However, one of the pizzas was for someone with a specific diet. In addition, what I paid was way more than the price of the pizzas I received.nnTime, gas, and effort wasted. No comp!

The app says my pizza is ready I should be able to come an pick up my pizza with no problems no the door is locked an we have to sit In a entire line just to get our food
