Enzo's Pizza

Pizza was delicious. They have some of the best garlic knots I've ever had. The food is not quite New York but close enough. I ordered a large pie with 2 toppings and an order of knots and my total was $29. They serve beer and wine..TVs on the wall. Nice place to take the family or a date. They are also on Door Dash. I'll definitely go back.

If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. The owner and /or the manager on duty Saturday evening needs some customer service training. I ordered 2 specialty pizza's and 3 salads at 6:39pm. Order was repeated back to me perfectly. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Cost $55.03. Sent my adult son to pick it up. He gets back over an hour later, with no salads and both pizza's are wrong. I called and sternly expressed my dissatisfaction. Was transferred to someone else who I explained the situation to, also saying that this was my birthday dinner and I couldn't come in person due to surgery a few days ago. I asked for a refund of the meal and the correct order prepared at no charge and for it not to take another hour and a half. I was told that would happen, which is the right way to handle the situation from a customer service perspective. I am also a small business owner. Customer service can make or break you, which is why I provide the best customer service I can and I work hard to turn a negative into a positive. Especially when the problem was my fault! Instead, the manager tells my son that they will not be giving a refund; they corrected the order and that was it. Oh wait, they did throw in a free slice of cake with a happy birthday message written on the package. My son already spent an extra $16 on cake at his first visit, which I did not ask to be refunded for; only the meal they botched. A slice of cake does not make up for the fact that it took 2 hours to get our food instead of 20 minutes; nor does it make up for the fact that they ruined my birthday dinner, which was the first real food I was going to eat since major surgery 3 days before. Not one ounce of real emotion in the so called apology for messing up our order. The corrected order arrived - pizza's were right, but salads were wrong, plus, I am allergic to onions and had ordered 2 salads without onions.... they had onions.nMy husband and I have eaten at Enzo's at least once a week and have done so since before they moved to this new location. I informed the manager last night that we would not be back...again, cold stone attitude. I guess they have enough business that it's ok to lose a regular customer over something they could have so easily corrected, which would have made this review exactly the opposite of what it is. I will be sure to let my neighbors, also frequent diners, know just how much our business is appreciated. Good bye Enzo's

9-11-2020. Brought our wrong salad. Still wanted to charge extra for 1 extra dressing. Also NO ice for soft drinks. Not their best night.
