Friendly staff. Peaceful well socially distanced setting. Wear your mask. While ordering. Bathroom cleaned well. And all staff took care in service and looked clean and well. Thanks Zaxby you rock. Go see them and eat well.

I went to place an order and the cashier/manager Damon was the example of poor customer service. Was in such a hurry to get thru the order that he did not listen. Ask for for my name. I spell it our 3 times and he said did not get and just typed in anything. I ask for #4 with a cup of water instead of drink. He first rings me up with extra drink, then for the full combo price. Then tells me you are out of water cup so you have to charge me full price for water. I asked to speak with manager and he sarcastically he said he is. So I cancel the order and leave.nif you do not have water cups, why would that be the customer fault and have to pay full price for a drink which they do not want. There are many people in this world with difficult name so is your solution to make up names for them. Slow down and listen.nDamon does not care about your company and if it loses money and customers, are you really paying him to run your business like that. Good customer service comes into play when there are issues and Damon failed miserable. Damon is showing his crew that customers do not really matter and it is ok for customers to leave up set.

The drive through line took an incredibly long time, particularly considering how few cars were actually in the line. It seems to be this way at this location every time I visit- often I end up just leaving the line.

The chicken drumetts did not seemed to be cooked and maybe I ordered wrong, I kindev wanted honey barbecue sauce on them. Sandwich was better than Chic fil a but not as good as Popeyes. Still have not tried Col. Sanders new sandwich. I can remember over 10 yrs ago fried mushrooms were huge and moist in a big sack. I am very confused about this experience. Being 73 and a disabled Vietnam veteran I was not in favor of the 30 min. wait, as was not the Uber driver, paid extra for transportation. My bad should have gone to Dairy Queen for the foot long hot dogs-fully loaded. I have actually gotten too old to try and figgure out the new food things. I still love Rio Vista catfish dinners and anything from Old Hickory House bbq. God bless America.

Ordered Kickin Chicken Sandwich, got chicken fingers instead. Ordered cheddar bites, no marinara. Went in to get the marinara, place was empty, still waited about 5 minutes. Fries were undercooked. This Zaxby's is ghetto and the employees clearly don't give af
