Good food but order got very messed up.
Not a very good experience... 20 minute drive thru line at 2:00 pm. Out of Sprite and BBQ sauce. Burgers were cold, fries were unsalted, forgot to put straws and honey mustard in the bag. Also, as if it were a cherry on top, the burgers were wrapped inside out. In many ways it was surprising how little effort was made.
They’ve never gotten my order right.nnThere were several instances where I said my order more than once and it still came up wrong. I feel like I’m being polite by giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying again but alas, the service remains consistent. Aside from getting orders wrong, the fries always come out cold, unsalted, and unappetizing. I think the one saving grace with this place is that they’re quick. But that’s about it.
Had to wait 45 min in drive thru for a apple pecan salad. I'll never go back there 5 cars behind me drove off. It look like they are just in there playing around night shift need to do better
Placing the order took a while & then the order was not correct. The extra nuggets (reg and spicy)ud83eudd23 made my other half happy so I'm encouraged to give a star or 2 ud83dude2c But we were missing bacon on sandwiches!
