This CVS location has one person conducting covid-19 testing and when this person go to lunch customers that have scheduled times do not get seen at the scheduled time appointed. My wife waited in line for an hour to be seen just to be told when it became her time to come back in an hour. The least you can do CVS at this location (Albany Ga Westover Rd) is have more than one person conducting covid-19 testing.
My experience is always pleasant! I was there today and I wonder why CVS Corporate has not provided the pharmacy staff protective equipment such as gloves, masks, hand sanitizer etc. They too are in direct contact with ill patients like the hospital! I feel they should be valued as highly as hospital staff.
The lines are always long!!
Never can find help or what I need. You also need to update your online page. It needs to have what's in the store!!
The WORST Cvs ever!!!! They say one thing on the phone you get there wait over 45 minutes in line to be told your prescriptions that were called in HOURS ago still are not ready even though you got there after the promised time. Slow. Rude staff. I don’t know how these people are even licensed to work with drugs.
