They have a new older white guy pharmacist who is very rude to elderly customers. Almost causing my mom heart to give out because he stated very rudely HE WAS NOT filling her script early taking her past the 30 day mark without her meds. She is 74. If anything would have happen to my mom they would have the biggest lawsuit due to negligence, prejudice and treating the elderly very disrespectfully. Almost causing her heart to give out. I don’t care if she lives in a majority black neighborhood she still pays her premiums and deserves respect... this Is the one on Radium Springs Albany GA he really needs to be removed and makes me wonder how many more elderly blk people he is disrespecting.
I have called ten times and everytime they hang up on me. Really aggravating. This is such bull$#^+ and I am telling everybody do not go here you will get treated like garbage
I went to pick up a prescription & after 3 times of being told they ordered It wrong & 3 different trips there, I finally got it. Only problem with all that is the girl had a horrible attitude. I called her out on her smart mouth & funny thing, she didn’t even care. I will NEVER step foot in there again, even if it means me driving across town.
Customer service is awesome
They didn’t even have my medicine that day after it was called in. Then after 20 mins wait I was told I had to come back tomorrow for the medicine I needed the most.
