The best customer service in the pharmacy I have ever experienced from any Walgreens. Thanks for the great attitudes and helpful information.
I dropped in to pick up an item this morning and was disappointed to see that while there was a mask required sign on the door, the clerk behind the front counter had a mask which was under her chin and the second employee had no mask at all. I wore my mask the entire time. My mask protects you, your mask protects me. As a retired RN, I understand that we are all tired of COVID-19. However, please do not forget how hard Dougherty County was hit in April/May. Please stay vigilant. Both employees were courteous in trying to help me find what I was seeking. I was at TSC on Ledo Rs right before and everyone was wearing their masks.
The pharmacist is fine, But the other pharmacy associates were the laziest, and uncourteous bunch of Walgreens employees I have ever had the displeasure of of dealing with.n* If you can't change your people, CHANGE your people!*
Hours have changed Monday through Friday: 9a-8p. Saturday 9a-6p. Sunday: 10a-6p.
The whole staff was absolutely amazing! The ladies were all so sweet and so kind to me while I waited on my Mom's meds bc she had an accident and was in the ER. They all wished my mama well and were just so kind! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ud83dude0a
