This company is amazing! This past spring, the blade on one of our shears got chipped while removing an arborvitae. So we ordered a replacement blade kit, as well as an additional ratchet shear since we all love these tools. To our surprise, when the order arrived, it had 2 brand new shears! The invoice had a note that they were out of stock of the replacement blades so they sent a new shear instead! That's some amazing customer service!!

Excellent Pruner!nHad been battling Ivy on my trees for years. The right tools made the difference. Made 2x progress in 1/2 the time with the Ivy, and finally have the tools to make yard work enjoyable.
