Great service and very knowledgeable. We're willing to help us with choose the right car and take their time with us.nUpdate: 8 hours into driving, the check engine light came on. It could be the dealers not at fault. But still figured I should update my review, if they fix it I'll restore the 5 star review and update it again.nUpdate 2: they seem to be doing everything in their power to right the issue and didn't charge us for the repair.

Very knowledgeable staff and sales personnel. Was treated with respect the entire time. No pushy sales people here. Everyone very friendly and helpful....Fantastic service. I leased my Honda CRV and could not be happier. Would give this dealership10 stars if it were possible.nnthey even delivered my vehicle when I was not able to make it to dealership when it came in.nGary Collier is an awesome person who just happens to be a salesman. Kudos also to Tony sales mgr and Keith finance mgr.nWould buy or lease a car from them again. AND NOW 5 years later I inquired about pricing etc. for leasing another car...Boy has this place changed---very over the top pushy salesman RICHARD LUDDEN who was so aggressive and pushy with his emails that I did not even bother going into dealership. was hounded every day, even on a Sunday, and asked please for them to stop the every day emails--which of course they did not. Took my business elsewhere

Went to Albany Honda to get key programmed to my Honda Civic. Very friendly and courteous staff, wait time was reasonable. Very pleased with the service!

If I could give this place -0 ...I would. I took my car in for repair on September 29th...and the service consultant was extremely rude from the moment I walked through the door. He talked to me in a very unprofessional manner and tone. He wouldn’t even look at my car to see the problem. I explained to him what the problem was and he acted like I was making it up and didn’t know what I was talking about. He even acted like I had never been there before.. I had an appointment scheduled and his reply to me was —“we will get to it when we can”. And remind you.. he was still very snappy and rude. I felt very belittled about MY CAR that I OWN.. not finance!!!!!!! Thanks but no thanks.. you lost a customer..I will never do business with this place again.

I truly believe in the Honda brand and its service. Due to my light coming on the other week, I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I went in for my appointment Friday. I am usually good about taking my car in for service whenever my light comes on. I also try to put quality gas in my vehicle. However, I got a hefty dose of attitude from the staff on Friday. I finished paying for my vehicle a little more than a year ago. Yet, it's almost as if they were roasting me for not having gotten my car serviced in a while. I'm not very technical or mechanical savvy. Yet, I didn't care for the way the staff talked to me. It's not like I'm not a paying customer. Believe me. I did that because they saddled me with a very expensive bill, one which may have been more budget-friendly had I gotten services elsewhere. Right now, my student loans are a priority. I'm not trying to have a car payment every month and accumulate more debt. I'm hoping that the staff will be more understanding of that going forward. Think about it. Just because you're not getting that monthly payment from me doesn't mean that I'm not a loyal customer neither does it mean you can talk to me any kind of way.
