Customer service is very very poor at this place. Called to ask one simple question and they put me on a callers waiting list for over and hour. They don’t even tell you that they’re connecting you with someone else they just said one minute then place you on another callers waiting list for 15 minutes and the cycle continues. Someone recommended this place but I changed my mind
I am so grateful to mandi in the rental department! She was so very kind, informative and so polite, she made my experience absolutely wonderful. My family and I are so thankful for such incredible service and want to personally thank mandi for helping us in our desperate time of need! She is definitely 5 star employee!
