IN line for awhile, then they forget my Apple pie.

4th day in a row in the drive through I sat at speaker box for 4-5 minutes with no one taking my order...had to leave and drive up to window to order...and the speaker is not broken because I heard her take another order...no one said welcome, can I take your order, hold on or anything...not even a thank you...customer service is a thing of the past!

Well done. Service was great. Did not wait too long in drive thru.

So this is maybe the second time this has happened to me and it will be the last. Whenever I come here I ask that my fish sandwich be made fresh... Instead I get an ice cold sandwich and they do not want to make another if the customer complains about it.... Today I ordered a Big Mac meal... the bun on top is stale and hard the middle has this crust for some reason and I know it wasn’t toasted and the sandwich is cold as ice! Never again will I spend my money here...

It is a good place somethings they can improve but its still has the best fries
