Mmm I think I'm good on this spot. I tried to give it a chance numerous times let alone try to be patient. It should not take near 2 hours for delivery. Not only that if I specify I want my food fresh and made to order as well as hot up arrival I should get what I am paying for.

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!!! As if the driver turning his vehicle around in my front yard wasn't bad enoughud83dude33 I called to speak with the manager and wasn't even able to discuss why I was calling. She was RUDE as soon as she greeted me on the phone. As if to say how dare you ask for a manager. I would HIGHLY recommend paying a little extra and ordering from papa johns.. better ingredients, better service, and way better pizza

I ordered online and picked up at the window. The employee was very congenial which always helps makes the experience pleasant. Our pizzas were exactly what we ordered and expected, nothing spectacular, just a nice hot chain pizza.nI would have given 3 stars but as I mentioned, the employee made the difference.

In 30 years of ordering from Domino's all across the country, this store in Lilburn, GA is consistently the worst in every category.nnI'm not sure I've ever gotten a completely correct order from them.nWith so many better choices, we don't usually select Domino's, but one family member likes their pizza better than others, so we appease her now and then.nnWith something she didn't order.nnI despise this store.

I’m not one to complain but I had called in a order 45 minutes in advanced for pick up and they didn’t start making the food until I had arrived. They were unsure about their own policy, calling me back 3-4 times saying you have to have a card on file, which was fine for me and i could’ve paid with card if it meant my food was going to be cooked while i was on the way. Like i said though, they waited until I got there so I still had to wait another 20 minutes. It’s the lack of organization and professionalism for me.
