Refuses to Listen: The wait is never excessive. The staff are friendly and professional. But the hairdressers will NOT listen. I thought it was me. I've read articles on communicating with your stylist; how to communicate the cut and length you want. It's not me. Even when I show the stylist with my hand where I want my hair to fall, the stylist cuts it as much as 5 inches shorter. I can say straight across the bottom, blunt cut until I feel breathless and walk out with curved hair that is anything but blunt. Ultimately, they don't care what I ask for. The stylists just do what ever they want. If that doesn't bother you, these are friendly people with good prices. If you want what you ask for, good luck because I have not yet found a hairdresser who will actually give the paying customer what was requested.
I had a balayage, tone, and cut with Lee who was really professional and did an amazing job - exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend this salon and any of their stylists, they also have loads of Covid safety measures in place and the salon is spotless!!
Everyone was friendly and very professional. Everything was very clean and my cut style and color were the best I've ever had.
They have no experience of doing African hair and they don’t even have proper equipment to do hair
Love this place! Friendly and professional. During this pandemic you have to wear a mask and they wear masks. They also have hand sanitizer for customer's to use. Would recommend to family and friends.
