Horrible haircut, immediately went to another salon to have it corrected. The second hairstylist- who could not figure out the rhyme or reason for the uneven chunks the were cut from my hair, felt so bad that she refused to charge me for fixing it. She had to cut my hair a lot shorter than I wanted to even it up and one area wasn't fixable- I told her that he used a point cutting technique- she said that he must not have known what he was doing because it was definitely not correctly point cut. She encouraged me to complain in hopes that atleast his technique would be corrected and he wouldn't ruin someone else's hair. I spoke with the manager who said that I had already corrected the problem by getting a second corrective haircut. She said I could come back when he isn't there. I know it's just hair and it will grow back but that is not the mantra you should have when you look in the mirror when you get home from the salon. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I can't say enough about the service I receive at cost cutters. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. And, I always get the kind of cut that I want.
Excellent public safety protocols. Great friendly stylist. Make appointment asap they are busy.
In hindsight, I would have rather allowed Helen Keller to cut my hair with a hacksaw. I am so embarrassed to be in public with this haircut, and so angry that I trusted cost cutters with my long locks. Never again.
